Building the Internal Commerce Infrastructure Behind the Cuhaci Peterson Employee Store.

Cuhaci Peterson

Employee Store and Internal Brand Commerce for a National Architecture and Engineering Firm

Cuhaci Peterson is a nationally recognised architecture and engineering firm with offices across Orlando, Phoenix, Philadelphia, and Boston. Metal partnered with Cuhaci Peterson to design and build a secure internal commerce platform that strengthens company culture and employee engagement across all four offices through a unified branded merchandise store. Building internal culture across a geographically distributed professional services firm requires more than communication. It requires infrastructure. The employee store needed to function as a connected platform that integrated internal logistics, secure transactions, inventory management, and employee experience into one seamless system. We built that system.

Our engineering team designed and built a secure scalable employee store that handles internal transactions reliably across all office locations. The platform was built with sophisticated commerce infrastructure and cloud integration that reduced operational overhead and provided a foundation for future growth. Employees across every office can access the store, browse branded merchandise, and complete purchases through a clean and intuitive experience that reflects the standard of the Cuhaci Peterson brand.

Strategy, Analytics, and Employee Engagement at Scale

To maximise participation and cultural impact, we aligned the digital strategy for the store with Cuhaci Peterson’s long term vision for organizational culture and team alignment. Advanced analytics and reporting tools provided visibility into engagement trends and purchasing behaviour across offices, enabling informed decisions about merchandise offerings and promotional timing. Targeted internal email marketing and personalised content drove awareness of new merchandise drops and company initiatives, increasing participation across the full team. Every element of the platform was designed to reinforce pride in the Cuhaci Peterson brand and strengthen the connection between the firm and its multidisciplinary team across four cities.

The result is an internal commerce platform that performs as a driver of cultural cohesion and employee engagement for Cuhaci Peterson. The store, analytics, and communication systems work as one connected layer rather than separate tools managed in isolation.

This is the infrastructure Metal designed, built, and runs for the client. Every service offering is a layer of one connected system. Not a collection of individual deliverables from separate vendors. One system, one team, accountable for what it produces after launch.
